Frequently Asked Questions
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Each plan adds its monthly credits again at the start of the next month.
What does a credit pay for?
A question on a datasource you already have is about 250 credits. Creating a datasource uses about 2,000–3,000 credits. The questions-per-month figures are that estimate, not a separate cap.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year and include the same monthly credits each month. The yearly price is 17% less than twelve monthly payments, on both USD and INR plans.
Can I buy more credits?
Starter, Pro, and Team can buy credit packs of 5,000, 15,000, or 30,000 credits. Packs expire after 90 days. Free does not include buying packs.
What is Enterprise?
Enterprise is a custom plan. It includes on-premise deployment, with monthly credits, users, datasources, spaces, and storage set for your organization.
Which data sources are on each plan?
Every plan can upload CSV, Excel, and PDF. Starter and above can connect a Postgres, MySQL, or ClickHouse database. Connectors start on Pro.
