  • You must ensure uploaded or connected data is lawfully collected and authorized for processing.
  • You are responsible for compliance obligations specific to your industry and jurisdiction.

Service availability and changes

  • We continuously improve the platform and may update features, interfaces, or integrations.
  • Maintenance windows and incident responses may temporarily impact availability.
  • We may suspend access to protect system integrity, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Intellectual property

  • 4See.ai and associated software, branding, and documentation are owned by 4See.ai and licensors.
  • You retain ownership of your data and content, subject to rights needed for us to provide the service.
  • Feedback may be used to improve the platform without restriction or compensation.

Limits, liability, and termination

  • The service is provided under the warranties and limitations defined in your order form or agreement.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
  • Either party may terminate for material breach in accordance with contractual notice and cure terms.
  • Upon termination, data handling follows your contract, retention settings, and legal requirements.
